No additional billing will ever take place without first agreeing the fee. We ask for payment by monthly standing order. It encourages release of your books to us at the earliest opportunity, rather than waiting until the taxation time limit is pending, or you have the money put to one side to pay an annual fee. Where there is a need to catch up the previous year, in order to gain the benefit of the quarterly service for the current, and future years, two, or more years' fees can be added together and paid over the next year, or more. Flexibility is the key word here, and we can always tailor a package to suit your specific needs.
